Sathiyan K V is a guiding light of Leap 2 LEarn with an MBA in International Business & Human Resource Management. He comes with a wide spectrum of experience and skills in Marketing, Human Resource, Logistics & Supply Chain Management both in public and private sectors. Served in Apparel Export Promotion Council, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India for more than 15 years and spent more than a decade in Education Sector designing and driving many strategic initiatives for various Education Institutions in India & Abroad.

DIRECTOR
Post-graduate in Chemistry having a rich experience in teaching & administration over 35+ years in various colleges in Karnataka. Served as a member of the senior management team to expand the business to establish new Deeksha campuses across Karnataka and Maharashtra. Mainly responsible for identifying the partner institutions, closing business deals and tie ups. Also involved in recruiting and training the faculty members at the time of induction. Served as a Business Head for KCET focused integrated campuses. Handheld the campuses by appointing Dean, Principal, Faculty members and Admin staff. Various initiatives were taken to do sales promotion to acquire students for the integrated programs in campuses – JEE/NEET/KCET/COMED-K. Worked as Dean in Deeksha Group of Colleges, HOD of Chemistry in Jain College,Professor in RV Institutions and Vijaya college in Bangalore. Authored Textbooks for PU/KCET/JEE/NEET students in Chemistry. Member of IQAC team & was responsible for getting “A” grade by NAAC Accreditation for SBM Jain College. Served as member of Board of Examiners of Bangalore University.

A seasoned management professional in Corporate Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Taxation and Legal Function with over two decades of multi-industry experience. He has a successful corporate track record of institutionalizing the Strategic Corporate Functions help in building organization from zero level to large size and having motivated team. During his industry tenure, has raised more than 7 times the Private Equity Investments ranging more than 100 crores in Companies worked for. An Avid personality begun his career in Software Development Company for 10 years which focussed in e-governance in India and spent about 7 years in Education Service providing Company. In his previous Education Service providing Company played an instrumental role in building the Company from 6 campuses to more than 40 campuses overseeing all the above functions and business.
Rama Prasad, post his B. Com graduation and LLb from Bangalore University pursued & became Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has begun his Entrepreneurial Journey in 2016 by incorporating PRAHARI ORCAD PVT LTD as Founder Member which has nurtured and created few Brands and Company’s since inception including Leap 2 LearnEarn Pvt Ltd.

He was in the field of education for more than two decades working very closely with students for BASE Educational Services Learning Pvt ltd., and Ace creative Learning Pvt Ltd (Deeksha) service provider for schools and colleges where he was instrumental in setting up more than 25 campuses in Karnataka state for the integrated program in Science
