EMPLOYMENT OVERVIEW
Starting Pay of KRW 2,010,580 per month (USD 1550), excluding overtime. (Approx. Salary Rs.1,29000/- per month)
5 days working. 1 day study (online)online and one day holiday. Assessment evaluation shall be done on LMS Platforms.
3 years employment contract – Hanwha Group. Visa can we extended for two more years thereafter on mutual consent.
Shared accommodation shall be provided wherever feasible. In case this is not available requisite allowance will be provided.
Duty meals available during working hours. This meal facility will be available depending upon the property you are employed in.
As per Korean Govt. the deductions will be for National Pension of 4.5%, HI of 3.5%, LTCI of 0.45%, EI of 0.9% IT of 1.0%.

PROGRAM / EMPLOYMENT PROCESS
STEP 1
Enroll by registering for an online counselling below.
STEP 2
Submit Application Form , CV and required documents (scanned copies) online.
STEP 3
Screening of CV and Preliminary round of interview will be scheduled.
STEP 4
Qualify Assessment (GPAT) through online or in person.
STEP 5
Final round of interview by the Korean Recruitment Team will be scheduled.
STEP 6
Once qualified employment offer shall be rolled out by the Korean company through Leap 2 Learn Earn.
